I am the 2nd owner.  When I bought it 7 years ago.  When I bought it, it was in amazing condition as it was always stored inside and dry.  I keep it at my dock, so there are some deteriorations, such as the back bench seat starting to crack.  But overall, it's in really good condition.  I'm in NC.
